I plan my day out beforehand. A list of things that I want to accomplish during the day keeps me focused and motivated and prevents my anxiety from creeping up.

I plan my day out beforehand. A list of things that I want to accomplish during the day keeps me focused and motivated and prevents my anxiety from creeping up.
What are you most excited about for the future?
I’m excited to grow my side business of podcasting to my main business. To travel more and enjoy my time with everyone.
What could you let go of, for the sake of harmony?
The bitterness and resentment that I hold on to regarding people in my past. Waiting for an apology that’s never going to come. Regrets. The need to always be right.
What is your favorite genre of music?
I have a eclectic taste in music. When I was younger, I rode around with my dad and he had the oldies station on, so I’m a fan of rock and roll and soul music from the 50’s-70’s. I also love music from the 80’s and 90’s, I love country and rap. My iPhone has everything on it from classical to jazz, rock to ballads.
Describe your most memorable vacation.
I remember two years ago, being on vacation after my weight loss surgery. It was the first time I had been away for months. Driving home at the time, the sun setting behind me, brought me peace.

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
I try to go to sleep at 10:00 and I wake up at 5:00 am.
What’s your definition of romantic?
Stating my feelings for someone through some grand gesture.
How do you express your gratitude?
I express gratitude through my words and actions towards others. I also don’t do it enough.
What are you most worried about for the future?
That in our quest to be great, we forget how to be good.
