Budgeting can be intimidating. When I was a struggling substitute teacher, it was a budget written in pen on my pocket notebook. When I got back into working for college housing, I graduated back to a spreadsheet and a simple formula my ex taught me. I make sure that I have enough to cover my needs, wants, and desires.
