-Today’s episode was from the middle of the lockdown and I was starting to get a little stir crazy. The title comes from when I went to a local coffee to pick up an iced coffee that I had ordered via the app, and found the place closed. So I went back the next day to pick up an iced coffee and they asked me if I wanted both of them. I was learning my limits with social distancing and I had my fill of virtual meetings.

The Mega Powers take on The Mega Bucks. They start the Randy Savage heel turn here as he looks at Hulk Hogan and Elizabeth after the main event. It’s very subtle. The Ultimate Warrior makes the first turn into becoming a superstar and legend as he beats The Honky Tonk Man in a quick match to win the Intercontinental Title.12. -Happy Monday, everyone! We have made it to December. My wife and I celebrated “Friendsgiving” over the weekend with some close friends of ours. I have a tradition that I take the turkey carcass and make soup with it. I got the idea from Governor Michael Dukakis, who famously does this. I make a huge pot of soup yesterday.

-Today’s #Flashbackfriday show is Episode 10. Razors, Blades, and a Bag of Money: The Great American Bash 1988. We were in the midst of Social Distancing when I covered this show. It was a weird time. I learned that Nikita Koloff looks weird to me when he has hair. I also learned that Lex Luger had never bladed before, so he had JJ Dillon do it for him in the main event. It’s not much blood, but they do the whole Maryland State Athletic Commission thing about stopping the match because of blood. We also learned about Ronnie Garvin’s get rich quick plan as he takes the bag of money to turn on Dusty Rhodes. It’s an interesting show.

Episode 105. Circle the airport: Hell in a Cell 2011

-I flew for the second trip in as many weeks on the busiest travel day since 2019. One flight was delayed, causing 6 planes to arrive at the same time. It took us over an hour to get our luggage, while my family circled the airport, thus the title of the episode.

-This was a fun little show. All the major feuds were continued in interesting ways. The finish to the Main Event was unique.

-Happy Tuesday Everyone. We have made it to December. Hard to believe we are in the last month of the year.

-I used to be big into comic books, and decided that this year with everything that has happened, I was going to get back into comic books. I always enjoyed the Annuals. Those special issues during the year where the story was bigger and more things happened. So I brought that to my podcast.
